"A pool measuring around 18m. One of over 40 such 'sacred' pools identified on Dartmoor that are thought to have potentially been designed during the prehistoric period. Lies to the north of a stone row. Livestock watering pond modified by peat cutting of 25 metres by 16 metres and 0.4 metres deep. The edges show the remains of peat cutting"
